      benefits (ie health insurance, vacation), great manager in Phoenix, and also Seattle

      Cons

      runs very lean, economy forced lay offs mean less people doing more work, not enough training for customer service, sales, management, pretty "old school."

      Pros

      there was a lot of freedom, visiting clients with no need to check in. every one in the office was great, shame I had to leave

      Cons

      they didn't pay well. the benefits were lacking, like i had to pay for my own gas and wasn't reimbursed for miles on my car, etc. you won't find it anywhere in the packaging industry, so not surprised.
