      I really enjoyed my time working for the company in Wichita.

      Cons

      Pay compared to local competitors can be tough but being upfront with your management and doing good work allowed for raises quickly.

      Pros

      Great company overall if you're at one of the more stable BUs. The 401k matching is great if you max it out.

      Cons

      the salary is a bit below industry for engineering roles and it can be hard to move up if you aren't a favorite regardless of your performance.
