      Very flexible regarding schedule Very friendly work environment Friendly staff and management Textbook discounts are great Spectacular values, truly committed to serving the customer from the very core

      Limited hours outside of rush (beginning and end of semester), although this is not a company issue, just a side effect of being a college bookstore.

      Pros

      Everyone is so friendly and the main focus of your job is to be honest and to add value to your customers. I love this place because putting the customer first is of the utmost importance and not many places do this anymore. Along with this one of our core values is continuous improvement and these values are adhered to. In the little time I have worked at TBS I can say I have constantly seen improvement in myself and my coworkers.

      Cons

      I honestly have downside, I have never enjoyed working anywhere else as much as I enjoy working at TBS.
