Pros
I've recommended TEA to several people, some of whom joined us, in the past for the following reasons:
1. We're working on a product that helps real people do real things that matter to them.
2. We aren't just built for large organizations - we help the little people.
3. My peers here really care about one another. I wouldn't call us a "family" but we're definitely more than just co-workers. I care about these people and they care about me too.
4. We know we're human - we're allowed to have an off day.
5. There's a lot of autonomy for how we get our work done.
6. Benefits: no dress code, generous pay including salary, healthcare, profit sharing, now employee ownership, etc., we actually have fun while we work
7. If you want to learn something here, the only thing stopping you, is you.
8. We aren't in this to climb the corp ladder no matter what it takes to get to the top
9. We're measured in how much we help get to where our org needs to go, not by how well we play office politics.
Cons
I can't think of any cons.
