Pros
I had a bit of culture shock when I first saw how transparently and authentically the company is run. It seemed too good to be true at first. But after working here for 5 years, I see how and why Text-Em-All treats its employees so well. People are more important than profit. And it genuinely shows with the compensation and generous benefits. As an engineer, I've had ample opportunities to grow and experiment in my skills. Managers are open and honest.
Cons
With everyone being so genuinely caring, it can be a bit of a struggle being an introvert. We don't have cubicles or anything like that. And we work hybrid. 3 days in office, 2 days at home. I've gotten used to that schedule. But its definitely something to note if you're considering a job here.
