Friendly Staff and Families, Training is hands-on and immediate. Great Job for a beginner that's never heard of Behavior Therapy.
Cons
The work Environment is little rest, minus the clients being super active, lunch breaks are 30 mins and that's not enough time because the time between you dropping your clients off and getting yourself ready leaves 15 minutes to eat and settle down.
