A really good company to evolve - Senior QA Analyst Tests Assured Employee Review

Tests Assured is a rarity among contracting agencies in the tech and testing fields. Where most of my experiences with contract agencies were much more "Here's your gig. You won't hear from us again, until it's over." Tests Assured however has a much more hands-on, community oriented approach to team management. They regularly host accredited training to give their team members a larger skill base to draw from for future roles. Something I've never seen at a temp agency before. Personally, I had a great experience with everyone I worked with at Tests Assured, from the first interview I had with Majed, to my exit interview, three years and eleven months later. They created a very laid back and approachable environment, where you feel comfortable bringing any and all concerns to the attention of your TA representatives. And any of those concerns I ever had were quickly addressed by folks like Sharon and Dana. I would highly recommend working with this crew to both up and coming testers, and industry veterans alike. I have been in this industry since 2001, and for most of that time, I worked with contract agencies in the Video Game testing world, and TA is definitely one of, if not the top agency I've had the pleasure of working with since that time,

I really don't have any negative feedback or criticism to share at this time.

Work at places like Meta, good bosses at times, fast paced.

At the mercy of tech portoflios and budget cuts as a CW.
