Pros
Small company that truly does treat each other like family, non-intrusively. CEO and managers do everything they can do achieve the best work/life balance for everyone. Fully remote. Coworkers were easy to work with cared about the quality of their work. Great people who are empathetic, fun, and encourage growth.
Cons
Not very many benefits since it is a small company (e.g. 401k)
