In my entire career I have never ever seen such company. I think its my bad deeds which made me join this company. Managers doesn't know how to manage the team. CEO has a hell lot of expectation from employees. He doesn't know how to manage a company. Reliance has done the biggest mistake funding this company, hope they will soon realise. CEO is partial and ofcource supports only his POs. HR is ridiculous, She thinks she is 2nd CEO of the company. Doesnt have a head or tail to her talks. She literlly dont have any work to do just keep yelling around the floor. Feel pitty on her team. Never seen such dumb one. They make you work day and night, weekdays and weekends just bcz they are paying you salary. No personal space. No bonus, This company has not even given appraisal to any employee till date. Why are they even existing.!!!! They tell you stories on their growth and visions and what not but to be honest they are kids dont even know how a policy should be written. They will hire and fire you. Please dont join this company. You can thank me later. They will try the best to make your life hell. There are Never ending meetings,There are never ending complaints from CEO,POs and HR. Stop playing blaming games. Sometimes you feel hopeless and doubt on your own caliber.
