New leadership is now much more involved in our day to day activities. Moral is up and there is accountability up and down the organization. The product teams have created a first class product and now we are just focused on getting the word out. People are being recognized and rewarded in various meaningful ways for their hard work. The future is bright.

Previous management only cared about the bottom line. New executive management that was put in place this year pretends to care and says they want to make employees happy but their behavior says otherwise. No transparency even though they claim to be transparent.
