      Small company with great employees. Gives a range of experience for an intern that they might not get otherwise at a bigger company.

      Teamwork and camaraderie. Technical excellence. Passionate about the good they are doing for the environment.

      Cons

      Parent company policies and benefits have negatively impacted morale since they bought TerraTherm in 2015. Health benefits and 401k match fall short of industry norms.
