Pros
Very diverse and welcoming employer, will give lots of a people a chance to prove themselves. Decent employee benefits with commuter vehicles and stock option plan. Overall company culture does really reflect how much they care about you individually. Quickly growing field and company so there are options for advancement. PTO and benefits available to every employee immediately after starting employment.
Cons
Pay seems to be a little lower than industry standard across the board. They will make you work for months in the position you’re taking before actually promoting/paying you for it. Health Insurance isn’t great. Sometimes with working for a company this large it feels like upper management and corporate is completely disconnected from the day to day employees that make the company run and be profitable. This company definitely has a habit of overcommitting to work that it doesn’t have enough employees to actually handle effectively. Often leads to burnout and bad work-life balance.
