Cons
Pay not on time. Unsafe working conditions. Staff working with aggressive clients who are not certified to work with them. Constantly doubled with clients, families not informed. Families still pay for 1:1 services. Upper management does not care about making a change or properly supporting families, they care about the money and who they can mess over during the process. They hold no accountability for any of their poor actions. It is not an ABA clinic it is a glorified daycare service. If want to pursue your career, stay away from here as it will deter you from wanting to work in this field. If you are a parent, don't waste your own money or funding for a service your child is not receiving.
