filling open positions very challenging

It was a great work environment as the small engine shop mechanic , I got to do a lot of custom work, looking for potential issues, organizational stuff, which I do really enjoy, and really enjoyed a fast paced job that kept me busy on long days, great pay, and the snow shifts were great. I loved the different things I got to do, it wasn't the same monotonous thing day to day. I was able to really get to know a lot of the supervisors and workers as individuals and build and cultivate friendships with my peers.

There was at times quite a lot of miscommunication when there should have been a better work flow- understanding. A better chain of command if you will. But in their defense, there was a company who just bought us out, so I do understand that this can happen and don't blame my bosses or direct supervisors.
