Overall a good experience working through Terrabit Consultancy. The HR team is responsive and supportive whenever assistance is required. Salary is credited on time, usually before the 5th of every month, which gives good reliability. Communication regarding documentation and other HR processes is clear and smooth. My interactions with the HR team have been helpful whenever I needed guidance or support.

The leave policy could be improved to provide a bit more flexibility for employees. Apart from that, the overall experience has been smooth.

There’s also a lot of room to grow if you’re proactive, and your ideas are genuinely heard, not just nodded at.
