Great company to learn about the various opportunities in performance based marketing. An opportunity to take advantage of the math/science and art of Internet marketing. Unlimited upside given the plethora of opportunities.
Cons
Resource constrained, highly competitive industry, and typical start-up headaches. Vision maybe a little short sighted given the need to meet profitability targets.
