      I have been working at Terminal Contacts full-time for more than 6 months 1. It has a very good infrastructure 2. Good work location (Anna Nagar) 3. Friendly Environment 4. Good Benefits and Leave Structure 5. Very Professional and a Friendly CEO 6. Good Management 7. It has most of the facilities to work efficiently an freely 8. Salary been paid on Time without fail

      There is no such thing called as Pros with this company all are negative points only

      Cons

      * No Proper Infra-Structure. * No Respect to the employees even if they are a Star Performer, * Nothing is ethical here, everything is Unethical * Salary Issues, No Proper Payment ( They will not declare leave if they are not working, they will ask the employess to take leave and deduct salary from them) * No healthy environment to work And lot more ETC.......................................
