Hello Thank you for your opinion. At Tereos, we have a culture of continuous improvement. That’s why we are, for example, working to increase efficiency and collaboration in our ways of working. Our new Tereos European campus is a great example. It helps us to modernize our structure and working methods by setting up workshops on good managerial practices that improve performance and teamwork, as well as the development of the culture of feedback and layout of spaces to foster teamwork. To meet the need for transparency, our employees have several tools at their disposal (intranet, newsletter, ...).
