Pros
If you have an understanding manager you are lucky or no other pros. The work is in the complete maintenance stage not much progress.
Cons
There is no work-life balance in the case of supporting clients, which is mandatory btw even if you are a developer. There is no scope of team change before almost 2 years in the same team. The work environment is not good, especially in some teams like mine. No development work even for a software developer, no progress in career path.
