Pros
Very good medical and dental coverage at the time with Cigna PPO. Vacation was average but purchase of an extra week of "vacation" was an option. Three weeks vacation provided at Day one to match competition. Be sure to ask for it or you'll be left with only 2 weeks.
Cons
Extra week of vacation earned would actually take place in say the 6th or 11th year of service not the 5th or 10th as it would at other companies. Also although I did start with 3 wks vacation that # did not grow after my 5th anniversay. Be sure to ask about that up front if considering a position.
