Pros
travel, some really great people within think big analytics (the two stars), but they are mostly gone now.
Cons
upper management is a mess. constant reorganisations, treat employees like widgets, arcane internal processes, culture of sticking it to the clients, sales and marketing led instead of product and technology, all the leaders are dinosaurs lacking in vision
