Great Place to gain insight on how business is done domestically (China) and also abroad (cross border deals). Even as a intern you have the opportunity to provide input on projects deals.
Cons
When deal flow is slow it really is slow, almost a grinding halt. Deals can take as long as a whole year to get signed and reviewed.
