-worst management -people now a days being asked to work as a contractor with almost no support from company. -No new opportunities to learn any new technology or any good learning project -As of today teradata has no projects for thr employees. - very bad culture - cast based politics is common has now become a part of management. -(its a news only not confirmed) people are being asked to resign as now they are so exaggerated working as a contractor both mentally and physically and when they asked for help teradata taking action to move them out.
