Pros
The team was smart and hard working on our client site. Lots of passion for the projects supported. Clients were very happy with our diverse team.
Cons
Our PM was a terrible human being. She made life way more difficult than it needed to be. We did our jobs and outperformed on tasks getting praise by our clients constantly. Then she would come out of nowhere and put employees on improvement plans! I had one coworker who was scared to use the restroom since she would drop by and accuse people of not doing their job. The turnover was quite high for those positions.
