Pros

1. Flexible Work Timings You do not need to be in office at 9 and neither you need to stay till 6 or 7. You can come and go as per your liking, as long as work designated to you is finished. 2. Salary Hikes are way beyond Industry Standards Hard Working Employees have been gives almost more than 50% hike annually 3. A mix of Professional and Casual Attitude The Management Staff is very friendly, yet very professional as far as designated work is concerned. 4. Value of your Opinion The Management is open to value your opinion to do things a certain way. You are open to discussions to justify yourself. You are not bound to do things a way that you dont want to. 5. Approachable Management Staff You can very easily and comfortably discuss your personal/professional issues with the Management Staff here. The environment is very friendly.

Cons

1. Clarity About Roles and Responsibilities At times you have to manage multiple tasks; although this gives you a variety of flavors of experience, sometimes it hinders your work.

Pros

Its been a wonderful experience so far. 1) Great Learning experience: Seniors trust employees with big responsibilities and provide all possible guidance and help in execution. I was allowed to learn from my own mistakes. I don't think I could have learned so much so early in my career anywhere else. 2) Quality of Work: Unlike service based companies, The work here is very stimulating and allows in-depth learning. Working with big clients and niche technology gave an extra edge to my skills. 3) Culture and environment: Workplace environment is pretty good. Nice office and good people and good diversity. Small close knit teams and flat organisation. Management is very approachable and helpful. Many support services are offered to employees free of cost for convenience. 4) Salary and Perks: Salaries are far better than corporates and at par with most startups. Although it depends upon individual skills but I haven't seen anyone with poor skill being hired in any capacity. I have also seen the company helping employees in case of personal emergencies as well.

Cons

Very particular about results. Career progression is not clearly defined at the joining. Lesser Interaction between different teams. No hack-a-thons or contests
