Bat sh*t management. Just take a look at the rest of the reviews, it's honestly like the managers are possessed. They will happily mock, belittle and condescend you whilst disregarding any concerns you have, deflect blame away from themselves and wear you down in every way possible. Their business model includes continuously hiring new starters, pushing them to get as many deals as possible, wearing them down, withholding commission until they're forced to look for other work and cashing in on the commission cheques themselves. Their reputation is abysmal amongst candidates, other recruitment companies and the general market, that's why they set up individual brands under the same company umbrella. They adopt a 'Wolf of Wall Street' style company ethos that's outdated and laughable. "Recruitment isn't for everyone" Or maybe your company isn't for recruitment.
