Cons
Upper management in IT treats employees as numbers. No job advancement opportunities. No training, always no money in the budget. Whenever someone leaves, that persons responsibilites are given to everyone else on a permanent basis. European management trys to run their groups as a military unit and it is against the rules to question their decisions.
