Not a good place to work - Welder Tennant Employee Review

This place needs to be unionized.A person can be there 20 yrs and still not be at the top pay .While others with less seniority are.Brown nosing pays here.One person climbed the ladder because his aunt was a big shot.They change the rules often.Some rules aren't in writing.Mandatory overtime and 10 hr days.If a person makes it to the top pay of their classification their pay is froze.No raises.
