Managers are passable. Lots of stress put on engineers to meet unrealistic deadlines (as there is with any manufacturing company) set by project managers, who will never change the schedule even if the ask is impossible. Offshore contract team is a hit or miss at being actually useful, but required to work with even if to the detriment of your work if you get one of the bad ones. Do not trust certain managers to have a spine to protect you from getting pulled in many directions in your day to day work. Communication between director level and manager level is not good and there isn't a solid vision or roadmap from the directors. Stingy vacation allotment for new engineers. Benefits are just ok.
