Pros
The executive team truly care about the employees and really value investing in people and seeing them grow professionally and personally. They work to ensure that individuals are placed in positions that align with their skillset and are set up for success. We also have a good work/life balance, and have flexible schedules with the ability to work remotely, if needed. There are good benefits and a great team of people. Definitely one of the best places I have worked at in my career thus far.
Cons
Different departments sometimes don't communicate effectively with each other, so projects can get delayed, but they are working out the kinks and there have been improvements over the past 6 months.
