Pros
Kind, ambitious and knowledgeable Presidents of each organization.
Cons
Upper management. Tendit is the perfect example of what a poor acquisition looks like. They have a way of pushing out, or firing team members that share their honest opinions that go against the grain of the CEO. Massive merger, first time owner “micromanager” atmosphere. Biggest losses of talent to the company were made over rash, arrogant opinions. Upper management hanging on for dear life for salaries that are unsustainable & undeserved. New members that are cleaning up the mess of upper management accept large salaries, and are a revolving door trying to piece the companies back together after being stripped and torn apart by upper management who “know better” than the original managers who build the companies from the ground up. Many foresaw all the short comings of the changes, and were fired for predicting the inevitable, complete lack of respect for the most knowledgeable members of teams, even presidents. Fake it til you make it is the mantra for this company. Hopefully management can work harder to HELP their presidents & stay in their lane. Theirs a big difference between organizing investors and running a company. I hope they don’t let down thousands of hard working members that pay for their astronomical salaries and expenses.
