Very reasonable paperwork. The staff is patient and thorough with new employees. They are very clean in their work and are here to help any time you need advice.

Contacting higher-ups are a bit of a hassle. You have to look through many other contacts in order to find the person you wish to speak to, but it is not a major issue.

Well, some of the employees worked as a team and we're there for the residents but when census was low, tension was high and then employees were backstabbing one another.

working with women and women are very caddy, drama in the work place is never a good thing! Hiring family members and some of those family members are lazy and management won't listen when their told that!
