Terrible management, they load you with an hour for new patients, ask for an FMX, IO photos, velscope, pan, AND treatment, prophy, srp, all that in less than an hour. Then say “you have help” but there is no help because they load the schedule, so assistants or extra rooms aren’t available. They have a “template” that is supposed to be followed, but then even the call center schedules out of the template. /‘d then will argue with you, the PROVIDER on why they think they can schedule an SRP in 30 min. They don’t really know what they’re doing, they put up too many locations before making sure the new locations are functioning properly. They do not care about your health, how poorly it will be on your body, you do not get the help you deserve at working for this company. It took me over a year to remove the layers they like to create for you, that it’s a positive place, that they care, etc. when in reality, it is truly the worst work experience I have ever been in, and I have temped in over 70 offices…. It is so sad. There is NO WORK LIFE BALANCE as much as they try to tell you. You are a worker bee just making their money
