Pros
The culture of Tenaris is based in professionalism, it´s supportive and encourages lifelong learning. What I enjoy the most is the possibility of participating in challenging projects, involving different areas and countries.
Cons
As every big company sometimes processes get a bit bureaucratic. However, this is an area that has greatly improved overtime and the ability of simplifying processes and making things happen is well appreciated.
