Extremely unorganized. It’s straight up east coast vs west coast. Anytime something goes wrong the finger pointing starts. Very few people own their mistakes and even fewer understand their clients frustrations with the platform. On top
Of that you have an auction company that does not pay on deals less than $650k which is ridiculous in this debt market and an asset in palm beach that is 1.5M could be less than 650k in an inferior market. Further, the team is obsessed with Trade rate and constantly making the numbers look better than they are. The company simply refuses to acknowledge that there are way too many cooks in the kitchen on every deal. Go ahead and ask any client, they’ll say the same.
The company will never be profitable bc of the ongoing fight between operations and sales. Everyone wants the credit but nobody wants the blame.
