- Benefits are great with PNC - Most staff are friendly - Flexibility in working hours - Not expected to work more that your 40 hours often
Cons
-Raises are low and do not keep pace with inflation under PNC (think 1-2% annual) - Sick time beyond the allotted amount is not tolerated (seen as job abandonment) - Management mentrics tend to discriminate - Toxic working environment when miscommunication happens - Miscommunication is a large issue - Very limited upward mobility
