Once you learn the basic concept of how Templatic themes work, the rewards are great. - The team is friendly to work with and getting help is always available with no hold back of information or willingness to help - Working remotely gives you a lot of freedom. This is of course as long as you deliver the results. - If aggressive and hands-on management is not your thing, Templatic is the place to be. In the 5 years with the company, never felt there is a boss on top of my head. - You have total freedom to offer any talents you have which are not on your job description. If these talents will benefit the company, management is always happy to support and reward you. - Some companies (no matter what you do) you don't get support. At Templatic, Giving an honest day's work ensures you get total support from management. - You get to work with and learn from WordPress experts. - Loads of financial and promotional prospects if you work hard and prove your abilities.

- The company gives too many holidays through out the year to the whole team. Time off should be staggered so not everyone is off at the same time.
