      - Some good colleagues - Free lunch

      Cons

      - Culture of micromanagement - Rampant favouritism and toxicity - Lack of resources for the commercial team - Unclear product vision - Little WFH flexibility: this could vary depending on your manager or team. However, we've been told that this is an "office-first" company that expects you to be in the office most days

      Great product with huge TAM and increasing share of collegues that fit the ICP approach well

      Awesome recruiting. Some of my favorite coworkers.

      Cons

      No real chance to earn any substantial equity value if you're not Danish. Stay away if any other nationality.
