      - Amazing company culture - Company values are truly adhered to - Company has great (international) goals - Transparent management team - Always room for feedback & input - Transparent salaries - Inclusive, international culture - Good salary - Everything is paid for (lunch, travel) - Personal development budget - A lot of freedom & trust

      Cons

      - Minimum pension contribution - Some product development issues arise with a fast-growing company, but nothing too bad!

      Pros

      -They have quite nice benefits -very flexible with remote working -Good, market average or higher end salaries - Some colleagues and teams are good to work with

      Cons

      -A lot of talks and theories on how to improve processes and things around but when it comes to actually implementing and doing those, people become a mess. -Management is pure chaos, clueless and doesnt care much about the people. -People from management, colleagues and peers suddenly disappearing or let go without any mention or explanation -HR not friendly at all and clueless - Middle management people dont do any work themselves but micromanage others.
