Everyone depends heavily on the abilities of their team members, even across departments, which promotes individual discipline, growth, and creativity in day-to-day work.

Working with petabytes of data can be messy (ex. trying to take a normalized view across disparate datasets) and time-consuming (ex. performing low-level analytics with very specific queries). On the flip side, the results are often bringing new capabilities to market in an way that hides the underlying complexity.

You have to work as a team, with the team. 4. The amount of work you do is directly proportional to how successful the company is. 5. There is a never-ending to-do list. If you have issues with any of these, Telo is not the place for you.
