Pros

As a relatively small team with strong leadership, vision, and direction, Telo is well-poised to continue its trajectory of growth. Everyone depends heavily on the abilities of their team members, even across departments, which promotes individual discipline, growth, and creativity in day-to-day work.

Cons

Working with petabytes of data can be messy (ex. trying to take a normalized view across disparate datasets) and time-consuming (ex. performing low-level analytics with very specific queries). On the flip side, the results are often bringing new capabilities to market in an way that hides the underlying complexity.

Pros

1. The management team knows how to maintain a professional while laid back work environment and they're always looking for ways to improve the atmosphere. 2. Everybody that works at Telo for more than a few months is there because they want to be a part of a team that shares the same DNA, work ethic, and vision for the future of the company. 3. If you have questions, ask and they will be answered. 4. You are fairly compensated for your time and effort. 5. Plenty of room for growth and improvement. 6. You will get to work for and with some brilliant people who know how to run a successful start-up.

Cons

These are only cons if you want them to be: 1. You have to work hard and get s*** done. 2. Management won't be looking over your shoulder all day telling you what to do. 3. You have to work as a team, with the team. 4. The amount of work you do is directly proportional to how successful the company is. 5. There is a never-ending to-do list. If you have issues with any of these, Telo is not the place for you.
