Easy to get opportunities/grow and listen

No team work at all

Most of the engineers are very easy to work with and have good communication skills. The engineers have their heart in the right place for the most part.

Management is constantly changing direction, pushing for long hours, expecting employees to work exceptionally long hours to push out broken features. No real Quality Assurance. Competes with Youtube, Viddy and SocialCam and doesn't really have anything proprietary. Management is run very emotionally.
