All pros are now overshadowed by many cons since the inception of Rhonda Bassett Spiers as the new CEO. The new CEO lacks domain and industry knowledge and is trying to reshape the company into something which is not cleary communicated to the employees. She is slowly killing teams that worked on highest grossing products in the company's portfolio. She's laying off leaders and experts with deep domain and business knowledge and hiring her friends and family to lead the company.
