Pros
- fair compensation package (though it used to be even better) - generally friendly, helpful atmosphere - flexible hours, home-office opportunity - constantly changing organisation - lots of opportunities to learn
Cons
- Senior management lacks direction, focus, vision - Personal cult atmosphere: when talking about a task/project, roles, responsibilities, reasons, facts seem to be non-existing, they don't matter - only WHO said it - non-existing HR - (Hungarian) HQ way outside Budapest in the middle of nowhere - decreasing concentration of talented people
