There are a few genuine and nice employees that make the environment and job a little bit bareable. It was easy to get hired as it's basically a call center where people are hired for little pay and an expectation of always answering calls
Cons
The CEO's believe they are viewed as wonderful while actually coming off as smug. In reality, they are viewed by the lowly ranks as either out of touch with what the base employees value, or have an inflated self image so warped that they assume everyone sees the company exactly as how they tell them it is. They have a small clique of mid - management who are at least one of these: satisfied with the mediocraty of their "career" (job), have the same mistaken views the CEO's, are sycophants who value being viewed favorably by perceived authority figures, or perhaps have been their long enough that they now have Stokholm Syndrome worst than Patty Hearst I saw a video a while ago where they say the culture is wonderful and much better than a typical call center. They don't have the highest turnover, you see, so they are a cut above. And it's a result of great leadership. If you look at the reviews on this page, most are "former employees". Companies with mid to low turnover have actual current employees who started more than 5 years ago. The pay is so terrible too. Who cares about a fake smile or quick "I appreciate you" from the "girl boss" CEO's? While they do that, new employees hope they have enough gas until payday. It results in them getting a thumbs up. Much better than more money or any actual actions that will show appreciation to them. What a blessing!
