There are some people working there who really care about what they are doing.
Cons
It is run in a chaotic, nonsensical style in which all staff are forced to rush from one project to another with no support or explanation or the chance to complete anything properly. Completely under resourced. No morale in the company. The office is not maintained, very old and not fit for the purpose it has. Staff are treated as replaceable and an irritation, with very little respect.
