Pros
People were very nice and encouraging. It was very cool to work with the c-suite execs and to see how my work for my department made such an impact. Team lunches and birthdays were fun and gave me something to look forward to.
Cons
Lack of guidance, the director didn't know how to do my job so there was no one to reach out to in management, I depended on another co-worker. Some team members were given favorable treatment such as flexible schedules that were not afforded to the team. At the time we needed much more people to help as they started more providers, it was very hard.
