The levels of toxic positivity are astounding; the SLT gaslight staff into believing that they work for the best company in the UK while at the same time quite literally making up unsubstantiated stories to get rid of them. Ultimately a lot of unhappy people having to mask on a constant basis and pretend that everything is AOK for fear of losing their job - mentally draining and exhausting doesn't even come close.
