Pros

I was quite surprised to see a posting that Telamon's benefits were not great. While we have the usual medical and dental plans, partially employer-contributed, we also have many benefits to which Telamon contributes 100% e.g. life insurance, AD&D insurance, short and long term disability, and even a long term care policy. We enjoy 10 paid holidays each year, and have an attractive vacation policy. At the end of last year, we moved into our own buidling, moving from Newton to Westwood. The office and equipment are state of the art giving all of us the tools we need to be successful. Telamon is such a great place to work that 3 current employees relocated from the North Shore to Westwood so that they wouldn't have to leave their jobs. With an employee count of about 60, the average tenure at Telamon is 10 years which is a credit to the organization. We are respected by our clients, peers, carriers, business partners and competitors because we do the right thing for everyone with whom we have contact.. I am proud to be a member of the Telamon Team

Cons

While Telamon is not perfect, and may not communicate as quickly as employees would like, Telamon Management continues to work toward the goal of making Telamon the best place to work.
