Pros
I've never worked for an organization that made me feel so welcome and so valuable. It's a pleasure to sit down with my colleagues and Executive team and have open, calm discussions. My ideas are welcomed, even if they aren't always put into action, and when I ask if I can take on a project, even if it's not in my wheelhouse, I'm allowed to do. The managers and supervisors that I have met have all been focused on supporting their teams, regardless of their location and function. The CEO is very open with the organization, not keeping things under wraps. Work flexibility is awesome! We split our time between the office and working remote, which is perfect.
Cons
I haven't found any yet - we're constantly evolving, so even potential pitfalls are usually avoided.
