They should have removed Amir as president several years ago. He runs a terrible ship, if you are not political and if you say no to Amir you are cast aside like yesterdays news. He's got an Ego too big for his job and needs to be calibrated down to something he can handle. He has upper management wrapped around his fingers, must have else they would have dumped him years ago. No strategic direction. Moral is low. Continuous cuts do to dwindling sales. Only the old survive if they have connections.
